Keeping Pace with the Changing UK – European Regulatory Environment

In June 2016, in what is known as “Brexit,” the United Kingdom (UK) voted to leave the European Union (EU). In accordance with their agreements, UK and EU representatives initiated a two-year negotiating period to develop separation terms on March 29, 2017. New UK legislation and regulations will be developed during this time as well. Of interest are environmental health and safety regulations, currently covered under REACH legislation. LiquidPower Specialty Products Inc. (LSPI) is closely monitoring these negotiations to ensure careful consideration of all business impacts as details emerge.
