Our Quality System, certified in 1996, was originally designed to meet the requirements of the ISO 9001:1994 standard. Since that time, we have continued to improve our operations, first setting breakthrough quality targets, then optimizing our operations to reach those targets. By the time the ISO 9001 standard was revised to ISO 9001:2000 with new requirements for customer service and continual improvement, we had already been operating under those principles for some time and we were promptly upgraded with little effort. Today, because our quality system focuses on implementing our business strategies and operational plans with excellence we continue to experience marked success in reaching our quality targets while consistently delivering reliable products and services to our customers.
